If you feel comfortable to follow the instructions above to access the course materials and you are already on Facebook (to be able to be added by us to the closed group) then that is all you need. If you are listening to audio or visual parts of the course it might be beneficial to use headphones in public places! A printer is also a useful tool to be able to print off the beautiful new mandalas that Grace has created and also your certificate at the end of the course.
The e-course is a mix of new themes and an exploration of some of the fifteen life themes featured in 'This Present Moment'. You don't need to have a copy of our book to complete this e-course however you are very welcome to purchase one here if you would like. It makes a wonderful gift!

Yes, it is possible, though not recommended. Best to access the course from a tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
Once enrolled in the course, you will receive an email with your initial password.
Check your email for your login details (it will have come from email@example.com). If you don't find your login email please check your spam folder in your email program (or promotion/social folder etc in Gmail). (If there's still nothing there, please click here and we will help)

Once logged in, you will see a 'Welcome to Your Present Moment Lesson Page'.
Scroll down the page to the first lesson - Grounding - and click the title to open. Please note: the blue button is not a link!
If - after following the above steps - you are still experiencing problems with access, please read the next FAQ.
Step 1: Once you have logged in, click on Purchased, then on the course title.
Step 2: Click on the purple 'Enrol' button.
Step 3: This will open the course and you should now be able to click each of the day's lesson's by clicking on the Lesson Title.

Once you have logged in, you will remain logged in unless you log out via the Log out button in the sidebar or top right dropdown menu.
We encourage you to stay logged in (unless you are using a public computer). That way, all you need to do to return to your lessons, is click on the Tree image (on the Purple Cords Press home page) OR click the My Learning link via the E-course Menu, OR click here.
We will set the new lesson for the day at that time. You can access it any time after that. There is no requirement to be completing the lesson right on 11am. The 11am time is a prompt for you to know when new content is available.
We get it. Life is busy. This is in fact why we designed the course! Remember you can choose your level of involvement in each lesson - give yourself 2 minutes or two hours or more. It's up to you.
Communicating with others doing the course via Facebook is optional. but it will help you meet some of the social learning objectives. When we discuss our thoughts and experiences with others it creates more meaningful analysis and evaluation of the learning. Establishing connections is one very important aspect of this course.
That is perfectly ok, just log in as soon as you can. Research tells us it takes 21 days of practice to make a new skill a habit. The course is designed to allow small amount of space every day for 30 days to really make mindfulness your new habit.
Enrolments will continue up until the 5th Sept. We will also run this course again in the future.
