“Your Present Moment” e-course includes:
30 days of mindfulness practice from the team that brought you This Present Moment; psychologist and author Meg Welchman, and artist and illustrator Grace Cuell; delivered during the month of September 2016. The e-course includes thirty meditations on life, extending from the themes in the book This Present Moment.
